For an instance, if the people with in the church don’t believe that with their children welfare is not working for the good of the kids of the neighborhood and are not helping them at all, the attitude will affect the ministry and the people at huge. As the result, if this will not be controlled in the christian church, the people will stop sending their kids for such programs. And ultimately, the program will be a flop show.
There are lots of issues involved in the growing up of the church. Whether the christian church should use the advertising or not, how to manage the funds, what should be the prime factor in deciding on the priorities of the church and what is the basis goal of the christian church. For an instant, it is vital for everybody with in the christian church work towards the same goal and if anybody is not in consonances with the goals prepared for the christian church, it will be the duty of the ministry in the church to listen to the differences of that person and try to solve them out by explaining him or her the perception of the christian church. If needed, at times, the goals have to be modified a bit so that everybody in the christian church will have a say in the setting up of the goals. It is because if the certain number of people will not agree to the goals for the christian church, it is unlikely for them to work for the prepared goals with their full force.
